Fall 2023 Season Registration
Please complete the form accurately and verify your information via the response receipt sent to the primary email account. We use this information for communication and age group verification. Payment options (deposit or full by team) are BELOW the registration form. Please complete registration AND payment by August 1st. Athletes are not rostered until at least a deposit is made for the season. We are currently booking and paying for tournaments for the fall and 2024 summer seasons.
