What: Our strength, performance, agility, and athletic training model focuses on a number of areas of athletic performance such as core strength, explosive power, speed, agility, balance, and endurance. Athletes will train twice per week. Ideal for the most committed athletes. We are adding stick work to our agility model this season to build on lacrosse specific skills.
