Day and Time: Tues and Thurs; 4:15 - 5:15
Who: Current 6th - 9th grade athletes
What: Our strength, performance, agility, and athletic training model focuses on a number of areas of athletic performance such as core strength, explosive power, speed, agility, balance, and endurance. Athletes will train twice per week. Ideal for the most committed athletes.
