Please complete the form accurately and verify your information via the response receipt sent to the primary email account. We use this information for communication and age group verification. Please accept your position on our fall teams and complete the registration and payment (deposit or full payment) by January 13th. Payment or deposits are required at this time to secure and pay for tournaments. Links to program payments are listed on this page below the online registration form. Please complete BOTH registration and payment (full or deposit). Balance for the SUMMER travel season will be due before the first practice in April. Balance invoices will be sent in early April via email from Square.
