2025 Season Information and registration
Alpha Lax is a recreational lacrosse program for all female lacrosse athletes from grades K - 8. We are members of the NCGLL (North Carolina Girl's Lacrosse League) which provides rules and guidelines for recreational lacrosse as well as the facilitation of 4-5 local, two game play-days and tournaments during the months of March - April. There are no tryouts for recreational lacrosse. All interested athletes of any skill level are welcome to participate.
2025 Season Information
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Practices for all teams begin on SUNDAY, March 2nd. Each team will practice once a week on the weekend until the week of March 10th when weeknight practices will be added for our 10U, 12U and 14U teams. There will be FOUR playdays this season.
2025 TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
- March 22 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
- March 29 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
- April 5 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
- April 12 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
*Playdays consist of 3 games minimum - 2 games for each team. Games generally begin at 10:00am and begin on the hour for 14U and 12U. Some sites games begin in the afternoon.
