​Alpha Lax is a recreational lacrosse program for all female lacrosse athletes from grades K - 8. We are members of the NCGLL (North Carolina Girl's Lacrosse League) which provides rules and guidelines for recreational lacrosse as well as the facilitation of FIVE local, two game play-days  and tournaments during the months of March - April. There are no tryouts for recreational  lacrosse. All interested athletes of any skill level are welcome to participate. 

Teams:​
We have teams for the following age groupings:
K-2nd grade (8U) 
3rd-4th grade (10U)
5th-6th grade (12U) FULL - Waitlist only
7th-8th grade (14U) FULL - Waitlist only

Practices: 10U, 12U, and 14U teams will practice twice a week. (Wednesday plus Sunday) 8U teams practice on Sunday only.

March 23 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
March 30 - NO GAMES, EASTER WEEKEND 
April 6 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
April 13 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
April 20 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday
April 21 - Sunday Make up Day for All Divisions (only if 2 playdays get canceled)
April 27 - 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U Playday 
*Playdays consist of 3 games minimum - 2 games for each team. Games generally begin at 10:00am and begin on the hour for 14U and 12U. Some sites games begin in the afternoon.
