Everything about stick skill improvement is about “touches”. A touch is a throw, a catch, cradling, and shooting. Getting as many touches per day as possible is the key to stick skill improvement. The Stick Skill Development program is designed as an organized method to get catching, shooting, passing, and cradling to a higher level.
Ages: Rising 5th - Rising 10th grade
