This intensive collegiate training will incorporate the conditioning and sprinting programs used by high level lacrosse and college athletic conditioning tests. Each day will consist of lacrosse run test or conditioning test that athletes will see in their college programs. Agility drills and sled work will also be integral parts of this program. The Collegiate Run Test Training program is offered only to athletes in the college recruitment process, committed high school seniors, committed rising college freshmen, and current collegiate athletes.
